We have just returned and the villa we rented was in the S'ubac/Crestaix area, a turn off on the road to Pollensa. The villa was lovely BUT they are buidling a lot of houses here, in fact one was next to our villa. We tried to not let it spoil the holiday but it was hard! There are still plots of land for sale here and I would say at least 4 or 5 villas part-built. I'm sure it will be very nice but I don't think I would go near that area for quite a few years yet.
