Another thought, how about members having a "shop link" as a signature?
Perhaps changing each month, one for Eating Out, one for Excursions, Beaches etc etc. It would cost nothing to do - providing you actually knew how to do it - and would bring links more into sight.

Hi Belladonna,

as I've just PMed:

it's certainly a novel idea & can't do any harm! If members want to do this, I think we need to spread the links around so that they all get covered - quite a tall order.

Also, as with my own signature, I'm not sure if they get noticed if they are repeated a lot. It depends how often you want to change your signature. An interesting strapline to accompany a link may also be interesting.

You have all raised loads of interesting ideas!

If I can find the time, I may even be able to come up with some rotating ones for you so that they change but I'd need a bit of time to think this through!

I just want to say "Thank You" to Zed for all the hard work that goes into running both the Shop and the Club.

I first found the Shop while walking down the main G street and went in and bought a few things (I am sorry I have not for a while now - hopefully one day!). I then joined the club and have a really fun time meeting everyone and staying in touch with the town where the Shop and Club are located.

I really like the simplicity of the Club as it is and if it had anymore bells and whistles I would probably be frightened away by the noise
