Just in case you have not heard, easyJet flights for next September are on sale from this morning.

Do you think booking this far in advance is going to save money on say, booking 3-4 months in advance?

Not necessarily! We have been caught out a few times by booking early and then discovering cheaper prices later on. Easyjet used to do a refund (in the form of a voucher) if this happened but have stopped doing this. If you are specifically tied to dates, especially in high season, it may be worthwhile however. I tend to use sky....... (not sure if I'm allowed to mention it ;)) and register for a price alert on the dates/airports that I am interested in. That way you can see if and when the price drops........or increases as the case may be!! I guess it's a gamble we have to take and live with the consequences.

I have just checked out EasyJet and Jet2 for sept/oct next year with EasyJet £137.58 cheaper, I have always flown Jet2 but can't see their prices dropping this amount. ;)

I booked return flights for September from London to Palma for £47 per person. Flights are midmorning going out and afternoon return. Ten minutes ago they had gone up to just under£70.

Booked our June flights for next year with J2 (had booked with Monarch but that didn't work out! - but refund was no problem) - and have paid over £600 for 2 people LBA/Palma return.:(

WOW !!! that's expensive,:eek: Rosie34 we are flying from Newcastle to Palma return price for 2 people £362.42 Sept/OCT. would have been £500 with jet2, they seam to be pricing themselves out of the market.

I have been watching Easyjet prices for over 6 months now (virtually every day), I have come to the conclusion that their cheap pricing only comes out for one early morning & there are only 50 cheap flights at the most, the whole thing is IMO a huge con .

Just booked EZY - LGW to PMI for September £90 return with nice times out and back as well as January for Sant Antoni for £70 return seems pretty reasonable to me as last week got a train to Birmingham for £180 return!!! and I know where I would rather be...!!! :)
