Default Flybe release flights up to Aug 2017

Flybe snuck in their release of flights up to Aug 2017 at 2am today! I expect they didn't want to lose trade to easyJet who are loading flights at 6am.

Booked our Easyjet flights to Lanzarote this morn and cheaper than this years !

I had been looking at Ryanair and they were £200 more so very pleased As Easyjet had delayed their release I thought the prices might have been going up

We fly twice to PP on Thomson which costs a lot more but it is local airport so is an indulgence ! Were glad we had done in June this year and last year as French Air traffic Controllers were on strike both times and a lot of EJ and Ryanair were cancelled whereas we just had to sit on the plane for several hours and winge !!

Hi Copper, we also booked Thomson from Exeter as an indulgence (only 20 mins drive). Rightly or wrongly we've avoided EJ for next years flights, friends of ours had a much needed holiday ruined by a last minute cancelled flight and it's put me off. Like you I'm thinking flights full of package holiday makers may be severely delayed but not cancelled.
Having said that, I've booked Monarch to Alicante for next summers holiday to Javea! Fingers crossed their licence gets renewed on the 12th!
The travel industry is going to have a rough ride over the next few years.

Yes thats the way we look at it too EJ and Ryanair do so many flights in a day that things have to be cancelled with the Air Traffic delays

Thomson do much less and therefore cost more but as we book everything seperately we realise they will be getting there holiday clients there somehow and so feel safer

The difference between Thomson Bmth to Lanz and EJ Gatwick to Lanz for April is EJ 230 and Thomson over 600 !!!!

One good bit of news is Jet2 useing Stansted now Hope Monarch is going to be Ok we have used them and they are quite big so fingers crossed !

Never had a lot of luck with Flybe from Southampton seem to change their routes and schedules a lot and when you wait to book because they say they will be doing a route and dont you miss all the cheap flights on the other carriers !
