El Corte de Ingles do a set buffet in their restaurant (4th floor I think). I can't remember the exact price but no more than €12 per head for as much as you can eat. A good choice of both hot and cold dishes, starters and sweets. Large pans off Paella being replenished all the time.
The store is located just around the corner from Placa Espania where the train stations are.
I would definitely recommend this as lunch if you are in Palma for a spot of shopping or sightseeing. The quality of the food was excellent and really good value for money
