Default Sa Pobla railway

At the beginning of July I was thinking of taking a car from PP. to Sa Pobla, then taking the train to Palma for the day returning that evening (by train).

Can anyone help with any "info".
Is station in Sa Pobla easy to find, is there a car park at the station?
Is it worth doing this way? (i know there is a station at Inca).
I could take car to Palma but this way i avoid traffic and parking and have a trip on a train and enjoy some of the scenery.

thanks

Yu can also do as we've done & take the bus from PP to Sa Pobla & then the train. There's a bus that meets the train. It takes longer to get to Palma than just taking the bus but it is a pleasant journey & well worth doing - see www.puertopollensa.com/transport-taxis-bus-trains.html#buses for times.
