Yes the season is finished, it's been a very long, hot summer and it feels like the whole Port is taking a deep breathe with a sigh of relief it's over, now they can take a holiday and recharge their batteries.
I think the restaurants and bars that remain open will continue to be busy for a week or so with workers holding end of season parties, it was certainly buzzing last night around the square .

Well it's all gone for another year, just waiting for the wind breaks to go up and we are all set for winter. Must say i do love this time of year .

They are putting the wind breaks up and there are a few people on the beach, swimming again .
