Pollensa Town is to have it's own Ruta del Tapeo, it will be every Tuesday evening from 7 - 11pm, starting 10th April. Details of participating bars/restaurants to follow.

Fantastic, thanks for the info Sparky, some more great news for the port and town amidst all this gloom on both side, heres hoping this one will be as successful and it sounds like La Ruta Del Tapeo Pollensa is in the port!

Thats terrible, some people 
, especially after all the hard work they have put in, its unbelievable, when people try to do some good for the place and try to help people theres always someone ready to take advantage of their good will, hope they get it sorted, one thing about the port, it soon gets around who has done things being a small community, hope they get it sorted

OK i have had a reply and it is Pollensa Town ruta due to start tonight that has been cancelled. Some wally went to the bars pretending to be the organiser and collected money which was to pay for printing etc . The police are involved so hopefully they will find the culprit, fingers crossed they will be able to start next week.

La Ruta Del Tapeo Pollensa Miguel Yeah, but thats life, I'm afraid. At the moment the Puerto Pollensa route is a great success and we are going to concentrate on the positive and go with the flow. If later on, when all this has resolved we can organise one for Pollensa, we will do so. Important point, we are all still smiling! Thankyou for everyones concern.

Unfortunately this event has been hijacked and is now being run by somebody else
. The last i heard was that they have decided to hold the event on the same night (Thursday) as the Port 
and the price is 2.50€. It seems that this is a business venture and not just local bars trying to help their selves because they are also offering it as an organised route including transport for 45€

What! 45 euros, is that by Rolls Royce, geez, thats a great shame, I think the success of the ports one shows how to do it properly, perhaps things will change if its not a success!! If anyone is there give us a report anyway!

Well, that's a bit naughty and not exactly entering into the spirit of things 
I was looking forward to indulging, especially at 1.50 euro a shot
I guess in the end, some folk are just driven by profit whereas other folk actually see the bigger picture.
Ok ok ok . . . I'll don the old deer stalker and and subtly investigate Hopefully, with a bit of cunning and conniving I can get to the bottom of this
