Default Tapas Place

I would say that Neptuno is probably the best place for Tapas, we have always found they have a really good selection and we are looking forward to spending a few lunchtimes in July and September !

I thought I knew all the best places for tapas but whilst out in Puerto last week my friend & I came across a place we hadn't eaten in before. Can't remember the name but it is next door to Bar Simbad on the seafront. It has a sign outside saying 'Best Homemade Tapas in the Port' and they are not wrong! Excellent & varied choice & very large portions. (Choose the half portions as the full size are just too much). My particular favourite was the chipironies! Superb! Well worth a visit.

Enjoy!

If its directly next door to Simbad then that is Olivera's (or it was called that last year) - it is where Tete's snack bar used to be
or there is Can Picotao(i think thats how you spell it) which is next door to that (where Eu Moll games used to be.)..-.It opened last year with Miguel and Marco -Miguel worked for years in La Goleta...Excellent tapas and service..Miguel was saying that they intended to open all year too as a lot of locals use it.
