Called in twice during our last visit, food was as fantastic as ever, it was great to catch up with the owner again. They are having a good year so far, so hopefully that will continue, they have a few new dishes to try as well. Still the best tapas in the port even with the new places opening up.

Had lunch here yesterday with Debs. First time visit.
Chose the 12.95 tapas lunch with a small drink.
Food was really nice. Young chap serving was polite if a little slow. They have a lovely secret terrace out the back too if you get fed up of looking at the beach.

We ate at La Cabaña last night after reading lots of good reviews especially regarding gluten free and vegetarían options, I have to say we were not disappointed. The food was excellent, freshly cooked and well presented the waiting on staff were very pleasant and attentive too. Prices varied from 4€ for a small portion to 5/6€ for s large portion, with the choice also of 2 inclusive menus, priced at 16.95 and 20.95€. They do have a website where you can check out the menus.

Only a small frontage, next door to Simbads, you could walk past it without even realising it but inside it reaches out right into the rear courtyard which is really quite pleasant. I have never been a tapas lover but this was a different experience entirely, I strongly recommend a visit.
