Ikebana is open.
I know it is only a bar but Roy in Trotters told me he was going to open this winter.

Was out there in February - can only talk about the places I went to. Faroles, Stay, O Lume were open in the Port. Temple was open in the old town.

1919 - on the roundabout - nice place to sit in the winter sunshine.

Llenaire
Galleon
Restaurant Llenaire (I think they have a short break sometime during the winter)

I agree regarding Cafe 1919. This is somewhere I never really go during the tourist season but last Christmas we found ourselves in it most days and it was lovely watching the world go by.
