Default Gluten free menus

Hi folks,

Does anyone have recommendations of restaurants with good gluten free choices? Also are any gluten allergy people able to give a view on how honest restaurants are with allergy information? I know at home some restaurants forget that they’ve thickened a sauce with flour or put breadcrumbs in the meatballs etc which can cause issues.

It looks like allergies are really well shown on menus, and La Trencadora can do GF pizza and pasta which is great.

Thanks,

HD

I'm sure Marc's Restaurant and Ambrosia both offered for gluten free menus.

Marcs have great gluten free options and my sister said she has had the best ever gluten free pizzas at Portofino. I think PP is pretty good generally with gluten free options.

Ca'n Josep is excellent for GF menu options (I think Josep's wife is coeliac).
Also, for a good selection of GF tapas in the Port, La Cabaña can't be beaten.

La Cabaña probably won't be open until June, which I am eagerly awaiting!!
