Here is the list of restaurants which will open this winter (November until April). As always things can change because it depends on how many people are here. I will add names to the list as and when i get the info (including opening hours), please let me know of any that are not here and i will add them.
I would recommend that you make reservations or at least check with the restaurant beforehand to avoid disappointment.
So far we have (subject to change):-
Puerto Pollensa.
Ambrosia. - Open Tuesday to Sunday 12.00 to 16.00 and 18.00 to 23.00. Now closed for holidays until March.
Argos. - Open from 5th March.
Bellaverde. - closed for holiday: 13.11.2017 - 30.11.2017. December opening hours :-
Thursday 18:00 - close, Friday 13:00 - 15:30 / 18:00 - close, Saturday 13:00 - 15:30 / 18:00 close and Sunday 13:00 - 16:00
Biniboy.
Brisas Marina. - Closed mid November until the 1st Feb.
Burger King.
Cafe 1919.
Can Ferra. - Open from late Feb.
Can Josep. - Open lunchtime and evenings . Closed Sunday evening and Thursdays. Will close for holidays from 1st January until 1st March.
Casa Vila. - Closed Mondays.
Ca’n Moncho (at the old Codfather in Calle Llevant) Friday from 7pm to 11pm, Saturday from 1pm to 3pm and from 7pm to 11pm, Sunday from 1pm to 3pm. Now closed until Easter.
Celler La Parra. - Closed from 11th December until 22nd January for holidays.
Centric. - Closed from 27th November until early February.
El Bistro. - Open from early March.
El Casinet. - Closed Thursdays in winter.
El Meson. - Closed. For sale.
El Posito. - Open from 29th January lunchtimes only, closed Saturdays. Will be open evenings from 1st April.

Hibiscus. - Closed Thursdays.
Himalaya.
La Cantina (La Llonja). - Open for lunch only from 18th December.
La Llonja. - Open from 1st March.
La Nona. - Open from mid Feb.
La Vall. - Open every day 8am - 3:30pm. Closed from 16th December until 8th January for holidays. Now closed Saturdays.
Liberty Kitchen. - Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat ..6pm til 10pm, Sun 1pm til 6pm. From 21st Jan - March, Friday 6:30 pm till Late, Saturday 6:30 pm till Late, Sunday 1 - 6 pm.
Los Faroles. - Closed mid November until the 1st Feb.
Los Zarzales. - Open evenings only from Feb.
Luna de Miel.
Maxim Snack Bar. - Closed Tuesdays. Now closed until March?. Opened 26th Feb.
Maxim (main restaurant). - Open from 11th December. Closed 20th January until March.
Marina Brasserie. - Closed Mondays except for holidays. Also closed from 16th of November until 15th of December for refurbishment.

Naciente. - Closed mid December until mid January.
No 31. - Friday, Saturday from 7pm and Sunday from 1pm til 7pm. Closed for holidays from 18th December until 12th January.
Nostalgia. - Open evenings in January then closed for February. Open from 1st March, closed Mon/Tue.
Osteria Numero 15. - Open 3rd March.

Portofino. - Closed Tuesdays. Also now closed until 30th November for holidays.

Stefanos.- Open from Saturday March 17, 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm and from 6:30 pm until 10:30 pm. Wednesdays closed.
Siurell.- Open from early March.
