Default La Cantina El Moll Nou.

Has been the find of 2018 for me. Why didn't they promote it much previously as I knew it was there but didn't know exactly what it was or what it did. I sat there for an hour on Thursday in lovely sunshine watching a boat coming into berth. I'm not a boaty person at all but found it pleasant watching it all unfold.

2.30 euros for a bottle of beer is decent but haven't had any food yet. Staff are lovely and all in all it is a lovely setting.

Yes indeed, For those pollensa addicts of many years I find it can give a totally different perspective on the old tried and tested views. Well worth a visit.

Hoopy, Don't you think they would have been better off unfolding it before they put it into the water.?

It would've taken a bit of unfolding. Wasn't a dinghy!!

Default One of our favourite places to chill

Such a nice place for a pre dinner drink and great views . Just waiting on some food reviews before taking the plunge and having dinner.

Yes it does. I haven't eaten there yet but whenever I go most of the tables are reserved for diners.

I was there last night and there was definitely no food being served. Perhaps they only do dinner on certain evenings?

Well I can give a food review, we ate their twice on our August holiday, Mrs Wiggy and I had Tapas on both occasions, very good calamari, Patas Bravas and a seafood frito ( never had a seafood one before) then on 2nd visit replaced the frito with Greek style prawns, and our son had the kids fish menu, a whole fillet of sea bass or Hake, both big enough for an adult. Excellent Creme Brullee and Apple Tartin. Decent bottle of house red each time.
Beer plus a G+T before hand came in less than €80 each time.
All the other dishes that came out to other tables looked good, one couple were having the set menu, a largeish couple who struggled to finish it as there was so much to eat. Nice relaxed atmosphere and unhurried service with a very warm welcome.
It's in my top 5 restaurants for this year, and we will certain,y be eating there again next summer when we are back.
Hope this helps.

I try and go every time I am over (confirm it’s the one on the same road as the Stay restaurant)

This time I was told that they will remain open until the end of November, but have started closing around 6 pm.

Food is only served until around 3,30 pm

Good value for money. Café con leche and a caña 3,80
