Hi everyone
This will be are first holiday in 5 years and the first time travelling abroad. we are staying in IPA Cervera apartments. 100 metres from the pine walk.
My husband is a parapligic and we are both in our 50s.
We wondered if the how close would the nearest place be to buy the basics, ie milk -bread -Water etc.
We are travelling to pp 31st August. Has anyone any hints or tips to make it the best holiday ever.
:)

You will have no problems getting around. We have been twice and my husband is also a full time wheelchair user. If you need any advice feel free to pm me. The apartments are in an ideal place to get about. Pat

no problem spring jean,
PM stands for Private Message.
If u look at the top of this window, just under where it says Welcome, springjean, u can click on the link that will open the Private Messages window.
From there u can send Private Messages to other forum members and read any that have been sent to u.
I will send u one just now.

Hope this helps

Miriam

You can also click on the user's name on a post - this one should show 'pollensa' & you can send a PM (private message) that way as well. ;)

As a disabled person all be it not totally wheelchair bound from experience I would not recommend the caves.

hello

we used to go to PP quite a bit and stayed in the Bellesreguard area, sometime ago my partner was DX with MS and we would like to go back, but we would need full disabled facilities as she is in a wheelchair all the time.

I have been twice and used Dah europe, i would recommend it to anyone. We had no problems and pp is easy to get around, apart from pine walk is a bit bumpy for wheelchairs. but you cant have everything.
